1987 B.Sc. (Hons) University of Kent at Canterbury, Kent, UK Here is a recent copy of my CV. Work Related Stuff. I am in the enviable position of actually enjoying my job. In addition to running the X-ray laboratory, I have many crystallographic interests. Some of these are outlined here. I teach a regularly scheduled course in crystallography for graduate and advanced undergraduate students, and am currently teaching the Physical Chemistry laboratory (Fall 2007). From 2000 to 2006 I helped out at the RapiData annual workshops held at the National Synchrotron Light Source at Brookhaven National Laboratory. These were devoted to rapid data collection and structure solution for biological macromolecules. Maybe no so relevant anymore, but in March 1997, while working in the Biology and Biotechnology Division at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, I was the coverdude for the Vision Systems Design trade magazine. My Erdös number is 4 (needless to say, it takes a particular kind of geek to be impressed by this sort of thing). Non Work Related Stuff. General interest stuff: Panoramic tripod head and further improvements World Champion and King of Punch Buggy House renovations (probably of little interest to most):
